Do sweat the small stuff when it comes to the customer experience.  Oftentimes your attention to service will distinguish your company's product from the field of competitors.

Be thankful!  A simple expression of gratitude-to clients, coworkers, vendors-goes a long way in making those around you feel good about your company.

And, an all-time favorite, "Mean it."
