Home Equity Loan

Rates reflect discount for automatic payment deduction from your Suffolk County National Bank (SCNB) checking or savings account. See following example. Add .25% to stated rate if no automated-payment deduction plan is established. The actual rate and payment may vary and are determined by the product, term, loan amount and your credit qualifications.

Example: If you borrow $70,000 on a home equity loan for ten (10) years and your payments are automatically deducted from your SCNB checking or savings account, our interest rate/APR of 7.125% is reduced to 6.875% and you will have one hundred twenty (120) monthly payments of $808.19.
