Online Bill Pay – SCNB business checking customers can save money on checkbook orders and stamps with SCNB’s Online Business Bill Pay. Not only do you benefit from the cost savings, you’ll be helping to reduce paper waste, curb greenhouse gas emissions and reduce fuel consumption from the trucks and planes that carry paper checks around the country.

With SCNB’s Bill Pay service, you can:

• Make a single payment or schedule recurring payments… like insurance or rent payments. If your payment amount changes, it’s easy to make the adjustment.
• Add or remove payees at any time.
• Schedule payments in advance and your payment will be processed in the future on the date you indicated.
• View your payment history.

Telephone Banking with the Express Info Line

Obtain information on your SCNB accounts even if you are on the road or away from your computer with our Express Info Line. Just call 1-800-286-SCNB (1-800-286-7262) from any touch-tone phone and access the information you need. To get started, just visit any one of our branch locations.

Remote Deposit Service

• Scan checks from multiple locations - seven days a week at any time
• Consolidate deposit reporting for multiple locations
• Capture images of both sides of checks and deposit tickets
• Input additional information such as invoice number,
  customer number, etc.
• Automatically update your accounts receivable
• Improve cash flow with the extended deadline of 4:00 PM for deposits

Wholesale, Retail and Property Management Lockbox

Minimize mail float, accelerate funds availability and reduce administrative efforts with SCNB’s Lockbox service. Plus, we can process credit card payments in our lockbox, so that you may offer customers an additional payment option.

Positive Pay

Positive Pay provides comprehensive fraud protection on your business checking account. Checks presented for payment against your account are compared to an electronic file your company provides to us for a pay/no-pay decision. Any checks that do not match your “check issued” file are given back to the payee with instructions to contact you for appropriate action (called “refer to maker”).

Automated Clearing House(ACH) Services

Take advantage of electronic processing and reduce costs associated with manual check writing on a variety of transactions including direct deposit of your employee payroll, recurring bill payments, and certain federal and state tax payments.

Canadian Check Clearing

Allow SCNB to collect your company’s Canadian checks in U.S. Funds usually within five business days.

Vendor Express

As a recipient of the Vendor Express service, SCNB provides companies doing work for the U.S. Government a detailed fax of all government ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits.
